COPPER COLOURED ALE

The ‘copper’ is the brewing vessel where the magic happens. Here, boiling sterilizes the wort, creates bitterness, flavours, and aromas from the hops, and helps the beer clarify at the end of the process.Although most ‘coppers’ are now made from stainless steel, the old term is still widely used.

A medium dry, copper coloured ale with a biscuit and caramel maltiness. Kentish Golding, Challenger and Fuggles hops provide a robust hoppy finish.
